What qualifies for a return
- Unworn, unwashed slippers with the original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging, within 30 days of the delivery date
- Proof of purchase (your order number is enough)
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email us at info@chirpycomfortwear.com with your order number and a photo — we’ll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
